Often, we tend to suffer silently because we fear judgement from others. The conflicts of the mind need prompt, immediate attention in order to live a calm and purposeful life. Therapy and counselling encourage a step in that direction, while providing a safe and accepting space to share concerns and resolve them using our inner strengths.
