Using group strength and the power of shared experiences to open up, discuss and resolve.

Through group therapy sessions, I aim to utilise 
group strength and the power of shared experiences to get clients to open up, share and resolve confusions and concerns of the mind.

Often we feel singled-out, and view our problems too personally. But in a group, we get various perspectives on our own problems and that can make us 
feel like we are not alone. Therapeutically, it can make one more forthcoming in accepting a third lens to navigate problems and makes you more solution-focused rather than problem-oriented.
